The Paper Variety!!

Hi everyone!

I am so excited to announce my first Paper Variety challenge as part of the Design Team!!

So fun!!! :) :)

Our challenge this week is to create a lo, card or altered item using.....snowflakes! Seeing that today is a snow day in my little town...this wintery challenge is certainly appropriate!

{many thanks} For this snowflake challenge, I created a card using a piece of acrylic from Clear Scraps. I scored it just like you would a cs card. I then traced a Maya Road chip snowflake and cut out. Using MM blue paint, I pounced my paintbrush on the inside of the card (and also on the very back of the clear acrylic card). After applying glossy accents to the edges of the snowflake, I added Martha Stewart gold luster glass microbeads. I then added a layered ek punched, heat embossed snowflake w/a Fancy Pants button on top. The office label is inked w/TH vintage photo ink and the sentiment is by Fiskars. Ribbon is from my stash.
